HEELS
We wear our favs heels and experiment with Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, Dancehall, Vogue and Strip Plastic elements on our Heels classes. This dance style focuses on the idea of set routines to a particular dance track. In this style choreographer designs a routine to suit the lyrics and general theme of the song. Apart from learning basic Heels moves, we will be working on strengthening your core & lower body muscles.
TWERKZotic® is a newest style of AussieTwerk in which we combine basic twerk moves, different rotational shaking moves with the exotic dance plasticity and sexiness.

Voguing is a highly stylized, feminine and modern house dance from the clubs of New York. Fashion and catwalk have influenced voguing style where hand movements and confident attitude are emphasized.
*****VOGUE FEMME has 5 main elements: catwalk, duckwalk, spin, dips, and hand performance with an added element of floor performance. Created mainly by Femme Queens, the style is extra feminine but is also very active with different body levels.

Twerk is the newest type of dancing in which an individual dances to popular music in a sexually provocative manner involving thrusting hip movements and a low squatting stance. The basic emphasis of this dance move is on your booty and accentuating the movement of your hips and body. Twerk has certainly become part of the dance culture today. Get in step with the newest trend and learn many ways to twerk on our Exclusive Aussie Twerk dance classes in L.A. Dance Studio.
AussieTwerk Technique is the body of specialized procedures, methods and syllabus used on our classes, courses and workshops. Twerking involves shaking the hips up and down in a vigorous bouncing motion, and a low, squatting stance. Therefore, excessive movement takes place at the lower lumbar spine. And through its spirited repetitive motion we develop core and lower back muscles, making our twerk movements and different rotational shaking moves sharp and precise.
When you join our classes you learn Twerk Technique first, and once you are confident with basic technique & steps we start teaching you different moves in 'sumo', 'standing' and 'squat' positions. You can only develop twerk technique through training and practice. Be ready to spend from 4 to 8 weeks developing and strengthening your core and lower back muscles before you start seeing yourself twerking like a Pro. Twerk classes are well suited as a cardio-load.
